Class #4 World Religions

How do you greet people in your life? Is is different for different people? How so and why? Do you touch people when you talk to them? Why? Or Why not?

In Japna, I usually greet people with saying Hi and nice to meet you with the best my smile. I think we don' t really use body expression when we greet people in Japna. If we hug people, they will feel weired. That is the Japanese gr eeting style. I don't think we have lack of expression .
On ther other hand, when I'm in the States, I use my best bady expression from bottom of my hurt. I mean I touch people and give my happiness to meet people.
I think whether I use body expression or not depends on the culture. I preffer to use the way of using body expression in appropriate situation.
